Look forward to experiencing gentle warmth, immense heat and total control from a gas cooktop which has been handcrafted using the highest quality stainless steel, brass and cast iron. The Gaggenau gas cooktop is for the demonstrative chef who needs the space to wield multiple pans; it stretches out at a full metre of sublime beauty. It runs flush to the surface and can even be welded into a 3 mm stainless steel worktop. Beneath cast iron supports, a large central wok/paella burner is surrounded by two high power and two standard burners, all beautifully crafted from solid brass. Gaggenau gas cooktops use electronic power to fully regulate precise flames; when dealing with up to 18,000 watts of heat, Gaggenau know that direct control is important.

Gaggenau electric grills have two cooking zones to enable heating and warming on a single surface simultaneously. Choose from the 400 or 200 series; each has a control panel for comfortable and secure operation, two cooking zones, stainless steel lavastone container and grease collecting insert, and both are dishwasher-safe.

The usable area of the Gaggenau Teppan Yaki is 844cm2 giving ample space for pan-free culinary artistry. Meticulously control temperatures up to 240C. Whether you use the Teppan Yaki for steak, fish or vegetables (or all of the above), this Gaggenau hot plate will exceed expectations.

The Gaggenau downdraft ventilation system was conceived in 1976 and clears the air quietly, invisibly and effectively, leaving your creative culinary space free of distracting vapours. Using the same stainless steel control knobs as the cooktops to blend seamlessly, the Gaggenau downdraft ventilation draws steam and odour down into the worktop before they offend the chef.
